Lol... right.. the reason they are at the DTCC is because they were sold into the market. Helllllloooooo the SEC suspended this for multiple reasons including insider enrichment.

You don't remove the restricted legend if you intend to hold, if a request to the TA is to remove the restricted legend to make free trading, the intent is purely to sell and in this case use an exemption to justify the removal of the restricted legend.

Rule 144 is changing and this turd of a scam is done like the rest of the OTC money laundering scams that use Rule 144 for free trading shares.
