Hi, I will respond and I will give what I believe to be true. The case is to prove that Ossa is not what the BCSC said he was. Ossa gave an affidavit to the BCSC that they used to halt MSX from trading. The BCSC orchestrated this whole situation to destroy MSX to destroy the deal with JL and to allow ABX and SLW to prosper in Chile. Some how MSX has been able to stay alive to keep fighting for the truth and bring out the fraud.
The goal is to free MSX from the BCSC grasp.
