There is no reason why Putin wouldn't invade the Baltic states and we're not in a position to stop him while he threatens the world with using nukes.

They're NATO members. We'd have to come to their aid. While Trumpty would just have withdrawn from NATO, Biden won't do that.

Putin needs to understand that.
