And now: Contract to Produce with formation of JV Company (Spydasilk)

Looks like KBLB got the binding agreement they were looking for based on their terms. Mr. T found a way to get things done in alignment with his vision. When the Spider Silk is set to Commercializing, those others may partake. Or not. All part of the growing pains. Some stay. Some move on. One thing is for sure, KBLB continued down its path towards sustainability.
