He said more but im just paraphrasing. I would suggest anyone seriously interested in the company call him.. if your just a trader probably not. I've been in this for a while, and primarily for the Real Estate.. I like classic cars but it's a tough industry. The fact he can take $1.85m turn it into $4.25 , those were the #s he stated on the call. a $2.4Million Dollar Profit
I agreed with him, that efforts would be best spent on the Real Estate.
Also Dr.B. , I asked him about the management of the build and if him not being there locally had any effect on things. He said absolutely not, that he has a long term relationship with the General Contractor and things have been on Point as of now.

I would say this. I believe this company will grow into a nice little Real Estate development and management company..
Oh, i also asked about rentals, he stated at the current return on building and selling,, he isn't going to go back into renting until the profit margin on sales slow. He stated it would take 10 years of renting to profit what Rolling Dunes sale profited..
