There have always been short sellers, Asher and Citadel. It is false to claim there has never been short sellers as they are in all OTC trading stocks as one time or another.

That is fact or all the agencies would not have banded together to call it a major problem this year. DOJ, SEC, FINRA, OTC Markets etc etc.
