Pardon me for being pedantic, but WCVC was 'delisted' from the Pink Sheets back in Sep 2021, moved down into the Expert Market.
WCVC was just revoked, and lost its ticker symbol in the SEC registration database. However, OTC Markets, which manages the Expert Market, still keeps the ticker symbol 'alive.'
The Expert Market prevents retail traders (in the USA) from buying it.
It used to be true that revocation meant a stock was delisted to the Grey Market, but with the new Expert Market rules, WCVC is still allowed to be traded by 'experts' (and foreign traders).
What I think the revocation means is that if WCVC tries to get current and 'uplist' back to the Pink sheets, or higher, it will have to meet a much higher standard of review (=auditing !!) for it to trade again, since it will have to convince a market maker that it's a worthwhile risk (which, again, means auditing).
