@ThirdSyte, I can't imagine losing my best friend (my wife). I'm deeply saddened with this news. Hopefully this will be our year.

Trying to connect some dots and I'm curious how this will play out. It looks like IHGP is leveraging Mark Crone of Crone Law Group as the Securities Counsel. In the same building, there is another law office called King & Wood Mallesons. There is a Lawyer named Jun Kang who works for this firm that specializes in US and International tax.

Looks like we have other big lawyers assisting with this potential international aquisition/merger.

Could this be the same Jun Kang IHGP is currently named after? Could this shell be for a high profile client shared between Crone Law Group and King & Wood Mallesons? I guess time will tell but this looks like it could be getting teed up for a huge play.
