Let's talk about "Weird Definitions"

That is a Weird Definition problem. “Float” and “Outstanding Shares” are falsely conflated. No one disputes that Outstanding Shares is unchanged - it’s clear from the documents that this is so. No new shares - NOT DILUTIVE.

The fake issue is whether “Float” is changed and that it matters. The change in float is the natural maturing and removal of restrictions on previously issued Restricted shares. Normal and natural - but, NOT DILUTIVE.
