Imagine being a Market Maker who can both sell toxic diluted shares / discounted convertible notes AND short the stock at the same time, knowing they can drive the price down, making profits both ways.

SEC needs to stop this BS. But they never will. Because the SEC only exists to help the wealthiest make even more money, while screwing over retail traders.
