1st of all, the office has been located in a Regus suite, which is a short-term leasing company. Why, do not know, but it has been a shell office forever.

2ndly, a lot of businesses are leaving the State of CA for friendlier business climates, including State income taxes and heavy burden for compliance that is time consuming and expensive.

Lots of opinions on this board,too many are negative with no substance to support it!
