Agreed. That(those) paragraph(s) of the 10K is/are so outdated and not applicable to the current delay, there should be a law to prevent such outmoded falgacarb. I bet that useless vestigial waste of type pisses off most investors. Hard to imagine NWBO doesn’t realize the time warp game they appear to be playing. It’s as if they are trying to be unhelpful.

For instance, they already got the tissue slides before data lock, etc. They are not continuing to wait for that. Why would they say they are continuing to wait?

And then the other (non) interesting part is the copy and paste of the same "delays and excuses" paragraph throughout the 10K.
