Here is my full disclosure on this! TSOI went from .13 to .08 in one week of the Phase 3 and EUA press release in August! Why? Were TSOI shareholders "stuck" at that point? After a drop like that, any concerned shareholders could have reevaluated their investment in TSOI! Let's not keep pushing the February run to .17 that sold off down to .03 under the rug! Was that sell off all smoke and mirrors?
Couldn't that February sell off being that large been used and referenced about this company prior to anyone becoming a shareholder in August? You're missing the point here! Anyone buying near the August high around the press release time was obviously believing the Phase 3 or EUA happening would have raised the share price higher than their original purchase price. If a Phase 3 initiation press release comes out tomorrow, what will happen to the share price? If it doesn't reach anywhere near the share price of when the August PR came out, who is to blame? Just because the August sell off HAPPENED basically IMMEDIATELY following the Phase 3 and EUA press release, that had NOTHING to do with the timing of when the Phase 3 and EUA we're going to made official! Therefore, any shareholders who believe they were "lured" by the August press release cannot use the IMMEDIATE SELLOFF from that PR as an excuse! The possibility of share price fluctuation SHOULD ALWAYS be taken into consideration following any press
release! ESPECIALLY WITH OTC PENNY STOCKS!
