Most ridiculous SEC filing ever?

No, it isn't, but still hilariously incompetent. This 10-K is supposedly for the year ended December 30 2021 (yes, December 30th - I guess they took a break on December 31st and it isn't included), but the auditor's report is from 1995, and may refer to a different company altogether! There are no Notes to the Financial Statements of any kind, and the rest of the 10-K consists of a single stock chart. That's it.

If this wasn't actually filed on EDGAR along with the signed certification, I would have said it was a joke. And for more laughs, check out their Form 10 registration and amendments.

The SEC reviewer has to be going crazy reading this garbage.
