Someone is being a grump at you. As for your words, they were innocent enough, and someone wants to drill in a point with their frustration, using your sentence as the foil.

There was some discussion, not sure if anything was officially said or if it was something someone said DI said, I just know the problem often is that statements that people post can be taken as official statements or forward looking statements or forever set in stone statements, which actual forward looking statements are not… they are basically best judgments at the time said of what the future holds with no obligation to be updated.

Lots of things that get discussed, dissected and reassembled may in fact be inaccurate like 3 blind men feeling an elephant and then misidentifying it.

That is the reality of bulletin board chatter.
