The Turkish Foreign Ministry announced the closure of the Dardenell and Bosphorus Straits to the passage of military ships based on the Montreux Agreement.
Turkey has not identified any military vessels from passing through the Straits, but Russia is the biggest target in the Turkish decision since Ankara is a member of NATO.
