Wrong, but thanks for coming out. NFTs are much different than that other company you mention. Just look at WAX from a year ago to today. Went from under a billion on valuation to 5-6 billion recently.

A start up in the NFT industry these days have multiple venture capitalist investing and many rounds of funding. WAX, Dapper and Alchemy just to name a few.

Please see when George mention that gong to the SEC route opens up the entities to more funding options.

The only way we fail here is if the merger has no revenues
