The only way we fail here is if the merger has no revenues(eg hmbl) type merger. Just praying we at least see at min $2 to $5 before split on this merger news. With sec type shell ready to go, I would think George has some possible merger candidates lined up with existing revenues. With this type of shell, he really has an edge to market to possible candidates. I cannot imagine he would do all of this work beforehand, if it was not at least a 500mm to 1bill merger coming in that has existing revenues. Please, please no candidates with zero revenues when this is merged....this will tank, if so. Then the sell off and the long wait like hmbl for revenues to grow, etc, etc.
