Psycheceuticals making moves! All part of the merger majority control and new investors coming in from how I see it. Strategic moves as preferred and common control is key as well as whom has the BIG AMOUNTS here. Look forward to hearing more on this shortly as things begin to play out. Maybe more deals, acqs or partnerships coming too? I bet yes. Will see. Still float is KEY and I am excited about the players involved including all Psyche players and RM cats that made this happen. They aren't here for shiggles nor are they small fry standard issue OTC players. Large and connected players! Will see if more enter soon as well. I bet yes.
& yes that is indeed key they are restricted and I look forward to see in upcoming fins and news where things are going. Look forward to see what other moves they are making in that regard. No matter what talking 1-2 year holds and with the RM cats in big I am HAPPILY siding with them. They make the magic hap! Have been already. They have put LOTS in already and have stakes that are indeed not common in this arena with all they have put on the line to make this happen. Obviously key that they are NOT issuing shares to toxic firms or any toxic types at all. Strategic moves into name/ticker change as they are getting ready for this to get rolling. I definitely will side with the 1s that made this happen knowing their own money on the line, lots, and their savvy backgrounds. Again not 1s average OTC players. I like that. I like that there are OTCs out here that can have that ST and LT potential who know how to make moves while keeping commons in tact.
Oh and as far as the past and KW..I am thankful for all he did to keep this float near locked and giving us this opp to make it happen this way. He obviously seen the benefit for doing this deal so I am siding with him as well! Happily!) Yah I had high hopes for him hitting the motherlode 1 day, with that and the structure is why I kept on here. Sure had some shots. Now just so happens treasure comes in many forms and I like our chances from here just as I did with the old co. Much more now actually as they are making moves daily and have some key players involved from PHDs from major universities, to well known PHDs in general, and key RM players with LARGE stakes and lots of $ on the line. Yup I like our odds from here. As always time will tell and GL2ALL!) Nothing a given but this is damn exciting to me!
