So, offering at .015 to .05 pps, which doesn't impact current sp, loan then closes once shares are bought by the lenders/buyers giving Henry lots of cash, which he then applies to closing acquisitions + buyback/retiring shares, causing the sp to shoot up way above the .015-.05 offering, and everybody wins? Is that right?
