Some institutions have just posted Q3 let alone any Q4.
Of note today Botti Brown posted Q4 as having sold their 30K(I think I may have bought theirs at .265...lol).

Vanguard increased their holdings by almost 50% in Q3 to 1,650,469. I'm waiting to see what they did in Q4.
