2: Mr lloyd needs to address the OS issue and/or lay out some sort of plan to reduce said OS.
3: Start releasing better news instead of the little updates that he has. Example: any type of updates on anything of significance going on with Oxford and any of the subsidiaries.
4: release any updates/news on the research going on with Oxford, all be it good or bad. Shareholders need to see that something is going on. Maybe a monthly or quarterly breifing/report on any research or experiments going on.
This will definitely reassure Shareholders.
