1.Stop selling toxic dilutive convertible notes & dumping it unto retail

2. Apologize for his past behavior for mocking his own investors(he's known as one of if not the worse ceo in the OTC market right now) hashtag his name in twitter to see

3. Stop promising and Put more effort to get big whales/investors to $RDAR like how the app can improve moving forward & generate ad revenue
