Absolutely not.

A “pumping” PR contains forward looking statements that embellish how good the future will be.

The Asher PR regarding the outcome of the case against DBMM was factual.

Please give the board some sort of clue as to how the Asher PR could be perceived as any type of “pump”???

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
