Could list hundreds of companies who changed course. All much larger than DBMM. Then to have SEC reaudits, DBMM tenacity and prevailing is obvious.

Let’s apply simple law and logic:Even banks or the IRS or any financial institution do not consider anything earlier than 7 years . Statute of limitations 7 years longest.
