Some believe an intoxicated driver lost control of his Tesla yet managed to drive a straight path into a house. This same thing happened April last year in Texas when a doctor "drove" his Tesla straight into trees.

Heres some of the analysis of the Texas accident. You'll notice that accident also had a "technically intoxicated driver" "lose control" but drive a straight path into trees. It also had the typical Out of control EV indicator of 95% accelerator pressure up to impact. This is indicative of sudden uninteded acceleration.
