Everything I’ve learned about how FINRA works is they do not tell you why you are denied or even that you have been. I could be wrong but I believe this was discussed previously. The fact that the merger is seemingly off explains why people are jumping ship. Remember those long posts by Marty explaining the reasons why ECEN and it’s name were so important. That clearly did not come to fruition. So the story now is we waited since October for no reason and could have gone through with their plans regardless? Or now we must wait to resolve a shares dispute through the courts? By golly, I should have sold at .03 but I keep chasing that mythical major money maker to deliver me to retirement. Ugh. What a sucker I am.
