If a R/S comes at this level of share price, we can all kiss our investment into Todos bye bye.

in 9 out of 10 R/s's the stock price quickly deteriorates immediately due to everyone shorting the stock.

If you think that blockbuster news is going to accompany this R/S then there might be a chance of this not happening.

What we need is soild news that will begin to propel the share price, followed by a small to moderate sized R/S. An R/S at 3 cents is a death knell for investors. GC stated he would never do one at these levels.
