Buying a million $RDAR shares at current pps doesn't make a person a "whale".

You need to be buying at least 20 million $RDAR shares at the current PPS to even be considered a lower end bottom feeding whale.

And it would take multiple whales to get this huge OTC ocean garbage patch moving now.

Not seeing that kind of volume, thus, the actual penny stock whales aren't loading $RDAR.
