That is a tough question. I think one of the main problems at the moment is that we are in somewhat of an information void. We haven't seen a Press Release since Jan 27 and we were used to seeing them every day or so. We are awaiting 10K and 10Q filings. We are awaiting confirmation of the NLC deal closing. We are still looking for the official rollout of the Tollovid marketing plan. Some of us are still scratching our heads about the Tollovid Daily supply chain fiasco.

On top of this we see the overall markets struggling because of Russia's actions, inflation, higher interest rates, covid, supply chain issues and a myriad of other challenges.
