No that is for the submission of the SAP (not adjusted SAP for thee is only one SAP). Per LG in the big booz show he said that UK approval would come first. Now it could very well be the case that FDA has been submitted to. Also it would not surprise me that submitting a request for approval to the EMA could be with a request of confidentiality.

So if the Bigger re-tweet is correct, looks like no trial news till late this year at the earliest.



Your assertion that this, therefore, would take until the end of the year is absurd, why would it not be possible NWBO has submitted a request with the MHRA for approval 4-5 months ago and they are expecting approval at any moment's notice?
