GRILLiT Inc. is currently in discussions with a company to invest in the re-opening the GRILLiT restaurant brand that was originally based in Miami Florida. Our discussions originally started in March of 2021 where we went through the different businesses that were part of the strategic vision of GRILLiT. These conversations stalled when increased surges of Corona Virus impacted most retail businesses during the summer and fall of 2021. When we resumed discussions, the company chose the original GRILLiT brand to be their focus restaurant. We believe we are getting close to a definitive plan that would lay the path to re-opening the GRILLiT restaurant brand. We will continue to work through negotiations in the upcoming weeks and update our shareholders when a deal is finalized.
Conversation like this take place almost daily. We continue to work every day to reach our primary goal of having 7-10 restaurants open in the next 2-3 years. Like all public companies, this requires a continuous effort of reaching out to companies interested in our brands and seeking partners who want to invest in the vision of GRILLiT Inc. Were excited as we get closer to making this business plan a reality with each relationship we build.
