For a time, the Northwest SEC filings indicated that they were pursuing validation for their TFF system for L. Pursuing this dropped off their filings without having acknowledged that it was achieved for L. It was indicated, however, that it was definitely used in the manufacturing of Direct.

So to be clear… it was never indicated that they finalized TFF for L (of this I’m sure as I poured over every filing, and previously cited those findings on the board awhile back… around 2018/19) That’s not to say that they didn’t, but they never indicated in their filings or in a PR, that this task was completed. And one would think that they would have let shareholders know, or they’d have put it in the filings, if they had.
