Exactly! There are quite a few different signaling and maturation/activations represented in every vaccine. Part of the selection prices for migration is proper activation and maturation and the elimination of “crowding” at the injection site that leads to cell death for many of the DCs, especially those not ready to be on the move from non self activation which many DCs in a vaccine from whole tumor lysate are primed with. So many researchers are way behind with their understanding in this realm. This will become painfully obvious to many more in short order. Best wishes.
