I'm not going to get involved in the dilution thread, but don't think that off the books dilution can't happen.

In 2009 a scam , Grifco international (GFCI) was caught floating unregistered shares into the Market , through an outfit named Golden Gate Securities. Millions of shares.

The three principles were all sentenced to 5 years in the Pen. the SEC seized millions of Golden Gate's assets and distributed money as restitution.

I'm not hinting that A gyp is doing this.
