… Shares of “COOP” have been available to any and all, for amounts in the mid single digits … I’ve posted many advantageous “COOP” entry or add points … now, as we are above the $50.00 pps, and projected by many to continue upwards including me’ …

Regarding KKR’s Actions, … The operative word being … “private” … WMIH found itself in a pickle … WMIH DID NOT have enough shares or cash to complete the acquisition of NationStar and J Brey would not budge on the offer … So, KKR stepped in and made a “Second”, but this time a Private Rights Offering” … issuing shares and then selling shares of WMIH to chosen participants and their affiliates …

An accounting firm was hired to “Privately” calculate and show these private purchasers the actual true complete values of the Company … the information shown was not to be revealed to the public … all documented …

… So, ultimately KKR generated the additional Cash WMIH needed, along with the increases to the share count, … which as I’ve shown a few times, … To Many Shares Were Reverse Split in October of 2018’ … which in my opinion, will be corrected …
