The store is open full time... 1130-8 Tues-Sat.

That's 8hrs 30min.

So a full 8hr shift and a 30 minute break for employees.

And it's 5 days a week.

Full time. 40hrs.

It's not good business sense to open on days you get less traffic, Sundays or Mondays. Most small restaurants around me are closed Sundays-Tuesday and I only open wed-sat.
