Roughly 81% there. 81% of the way to another level of revenue. 81% of the way to the goal that we all saw and desired more than anything. 81% of the way past the doubt and the second guessing and the bleed that's tormented us. 81% of the way to cash flow that could see more acquisitions, more global footprints, more press releases, and better share price.

I'm not sure why they want to purchase this particular company yet. I don't mean that as a bad thing. Could be the connections the seller has with others in the industry, could be the usefulness of having several trucks to test in house for upcoming products, could be revenue and current clients, or could be knowledge of US markets through this company. MJLB has been tracking special cargo and trailers for a while now, and this company fits the bill for what they're good at.

My guess for this return to PRs and continuous updates is Steve is setting the shareholders up for a bounce back leading into certification. Prime the interest in MJLB, get good news flowing, drop the bomb of certification, and never look back.

This time last year, MJLB gave an update that stuck with me: https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/74192/Ultrack-Announces-Two-New-Contracts-with-HighEnd-Car-Rental-Companies-While-in-Final-Phase-of-Revolutionary-ELD-Device-Prelaunch

In addition to signing two contracts with high end car rental companies (that I assume are Avis and Budget), Steve (err uhh Michael) mentions "[t]he Company is currently in talks with two entities (one company and one government) that represent massive fleets of vehicles keenly interested in Ultrack's new ELD product. These companies have provided a positive verbal commitment to come online with Ultrack's new ELD once the ELD approval process is completed."

It's been a year since this article, and plenty could have happened in between then and now, but the potential was seen then and hopefully still is seen by interested parties. The thing that I have tried to wrap my head around is how in the H-E-double L did Ultrack, small and insignificant Ultrack, practically convince these massive fleets to use our product before it was even done? Why not established companies? Why not companies further along? Was our product just that much better? Time will tell.

All the best,
Jake
