Why didn’t he tell Georgie? Or why didn’t Georgie tell the investors? Lol. Old slick trick struck again

Old Bankrupt Boyles owned the Prometheus lease, flipped it to MNA and he filed rrc paperwork with them as a consultant. So he was inlvolved, he knows why the bills were not paid. Why doesn’t Georgie disclose the conflict there? What else is he hiding?
