~ Just Going Back Over A Few Things This Morning, Regarding (WaMu) WMI’ (Holding Company), Reorganized, to WMIHC, to WMIH, now (name changed) openly trading as symbol “COOP”, … as of 12/31/2021’, Without any 10-K SEC “Registrant” adjustments, listed subs, or the continued “ONE” Operational Sub for the Company, NationStar Mortgage LLC (that ? In and of itself ? is humorous) ~

… I’m NOT Buying It … period …

Back in 2012’, My “Releases” in order to “Participate” in Judge Walrath’s Plan for The Reorganization, had me submit my release documents to my Brokers(s) … Not to the “wmi-lt”, … My “Broker(s)” then placed my DTC ESC Tracking Markers into my Accounts … NOT the “wmi-lt”, …

Now, … ? … After just completing a full complete account(s), check, … My accounts state that due to a reorganization, my markers have been removed due to having a zero value’, … Well ? “We” always knew that as a tracking mechanism, that the ESC Cusips Did Not Have any actual value …

… Nope, No Not Hardly, … I’m sayin that “We” ain’t done yet … Everyones Brokerage or Bank, Knows Who Released and How Much of each was owned, with a 1099’ “attached” to each release form … I kept all of my copy’s … again, the “wmi-lt”, NEVER MATTERED …

… along with the recent over the top barrage of negativity, and over the top self righteousness portrayed … I’m NOT Buying into the theory’s that … “it’s all over” …

COOP, still has to fix a few things, … and my broker(s) know just exactly what I owned ? and released … and are in receipt of my 1099’s submitted …
