You are completely correct, Captain. Especially in light of what has transpired to date, no stone should be left unturned, and no expense should be spared in presenting a robust defense of the Reduce-It patents.

Anything less would be both legal malpractice on the part of the lawyers, and a breach of fiduciary duty on the part of management. Hopefully they have learned from the mistakes of the past.
