The buck stops with Missling. His failure to communicate the AVATAR changes in a timely manner gave AF an opening. The lawyers are representing shareholders who lost money because of the CEO’S blunder and may be fairly entitled to compensation. If you’re going to be angry at somebody, be angry at the guy who screwed up.

Had Missling communicated the changes in a clear and timely manner, I believe the stock would have gone up.
