rose, Even it may sound a bit like bragging - I dont give a damn about the money involved in the reaction - Marjac thrown out of court by cynical Dyk and Reyna.

Had Marjac been treated fairly - the case had gone to court - and the 'Evidence' for fraud been rejected in a Lawful and fair way - by defendants Lawyers - I would have had no problems living with that.

As others involved on our side - it would not have been a day for celebration - besides that - life goes on !

But the way these 'for Life employed' (democratic) Judges is 'glued together' - setting every decency and the rules of the AP Court aside - and then throw first Singer - now Marjac out of Court - to protect a college Obama appointee - it just makes by blood boil - have to admit.

These two corrupt/self-serving Judges should be thrown out of AP Court - on the basis of this Case alone. And looking at behaver here - likely it would not be difficulty finding other cases - if a Congress committee starts digging.

Behaver from this second highest court in USA - is no better than you would expect could happen in Russia. Deeply founded governmental Corruption.
