Yes, I was also hoping for more meat in 10-K but appears to be no ties to WMIH Estate assets being owned by COOP.

I DO FEEL THE ASSETS ARE STILL UNDER MANEGMENT BY CHARLES SMITH AND DOREEN LOGAN DOING their final MINISTERIAL DETAILS through and including 3/31/2022 but could end before 3/31/2022 WHICH ARE ALSO UNDER CONTROL IN A Delaware Statutory Trust HELD FOR THE BENIFICIAL HOLDERS OF WMIH ESTATE HOLDER.

I FEEL MOST OF OUR ASSETS MAY END UP UNDER = "PALADIN ACQUISITIONS CORPORATION" WE HAVE WITNEST MANY OLD SUBS THAT HAVE BEEN MOVED TO ACTIVE STATUS AND ALL LIST CHARELES SMITH AS ACTING CEO – IMO those will all get incorporated within "PALADIN ACQUISITIONS CORPORATION" and we will get new shares as owners of the estate. Also feel WMIH- Corp will reemerge as parent over "PALADIN ACQUISITIONS CORPORATION"

Still confused about the retained earnings that was reported and how and who has control but most likely under the control of are two remaining administer.
