Anyone hear about the lawsuit, it’s been going since fda phase 3 trial go ahead to TSOI, not sure who filed it but it’s public information, people were posting links on stocktwits but anyways, there has been a lawsuit over this other company/biotech or pharma remzen or something thinking TSOI doesn’t have the right to have the patent and they’re fighting over patent rights.
It’s looking like TSOI is having super strong arguments and this will BENEFIT TSOI extremely once TSOI wins, it’ll draw pharma attention most likely and other biotech attention.
The reason this lawsuit is going on is because TSOI has a valuable patent that other biotechs don’t like them having, TSOI’s Jadicell has so much worth and other biotechs don’t like this patent protecting TSOI, hahahahaaba, this is going to be so amazing once TSOI WINS hopefully soon.
