I’m well aware of the changes in share structure. Hence why I purposely said each QUARTER. Debt conversion has paused, but there is still plenty of debt to be converted at the discretion of the NOTE HOLDER. This is verifiable and disclosed within the most recent quarterly so not sure how this is even an argument. Plenty more will be issued but the debt holder doesn’t feel it’s the best time to convert based on the conversion rate most likely.
