I hear you. I think people look at benchmark comparable buyouts, the more recent the better, then also at strategic issues that may add more incentive to buy and that may require more negotiating, and they look at what I believe is a decent ownership stake by friendly hands, which I think can also be quite important. The last thing an acquiring firm might want to do is create negative feelings. I think LP has a few possible legal traps set, just an opinion.
