The float isn't locked. Very apparent. The absence of volume doesn't guarantee the float is locked. Low insider ownership, additional shares continuously hitting the market, and much more convertible debt on the way. Market isn't sold on FTXP. A locked float would lead to increased volatility and much less volume required to move the price north (e.g. DPLS, at least at times). That isn't the case here. The markets in agreement that FTXP is fairly priced at its current valuation.

You say a lot of 'things' while subsequently providing no supporting evidence for ANY of your claims. Each time the stock drops lower you move the goalposts.

In reference to HCMC, referencing a random stock during an unprecedented period of illogical valuations, especially in the OTC, simply isn't an argument. The movement of MANY of these tickers were not supported by any fundamental or financial analysis. Anyone who followed the markets the past year and a half is well aware of how illogical the price action was on many tickers leading to unrealistic expectations. FTXP had its initial run during that period.

Each time you speak it becomes quite apparent that you are motivated by what is financially expedient for YOU, and not based on any actual analysis of the security.
