Rosen informed the court and all of us years ago that escrows were worthless and he asked the Court to have them removed then. JMW.."nyet ". As it relates to the LT...escrows yes...worthless...but that's old news. That they were removed recently might have even been a default action as a result of LT closing up shop. Perhaps that there were "two bankruptcies"...and two sets of financial records...those "on the books" (LT)...and those "off the books" (equity)....that we will find our recovery ... but I'm not holding any delusional anything....when I could have plowed into this @ 2.00/SH ...dreamer's dream...doer's do ! :) Fact is...nobody on this end knows what the frig they own or where it's coming from if they do own it...or...they'd be filing with the court if they thought they were shortchanged...with the latest escrow debacle.
