I primarily trade off the 1 min, with good deal of success. The 1 min will channel very often, and responds to TLs in general. Short duration (minutes to an hour) holds playing the ping pong can be 30-50% gains, or more.

When it unexpectedly breaks the TL, manual stop, and you don't get hurt much.
